Shipping Options

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

For PRE-ORDER items, please allow an estimated processing and shipping time of 5–8 business days after purchase. This allows us to ensure the best quality for your piece.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, as these items may require additional processing time.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


Shipping Responsibility

Once the order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Jewelry Maktub is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim when applicable.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Jewelry Maktub is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipment, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Jewelry Maktub is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders marked as delivered.


Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
