Return & Exchange Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, in the same condition in which they were received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of personalized and custom-made jewelry, these items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, where Jewelry Maktub will cover the return shipping expenses.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Delays
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Jewelry Maktub is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
