Refund Policy

If you need to return or change your order you must contact  us an email jewelrymaktub@gmail.com, with the following information:

• Full Name
• Address
• Email and phone number
• Order  number and explaining if it is a return or exchange with photo.

You have 15 days to make your return after receiving the package.

We only make changes and returns if the piece is damaged or wrong. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in perfect condition, and/or unworn, returned in its original packaging.

You can only return the items if your request has been approved by us.  If approved, we will send an email with the address where the package should be sent.
